Waiting for your bread post then.<br /><br />Hei,<br />The milk/ water mixture still remain warm although after the 45 mins-1 hr rest. Yeast perform well at that warm temp. Therefore chilled milk/ water mixture not good. You can shorten the cooling time to 30 mins by stirring the mixture occasionally or place in wide surface plate. Make sure the mixture is not too hot by the time you add in yeast.
