Chocolate Puffed Rice (No Baking)

This is a mission to clear stuff in my pantry. My target ingredient is puffed rice. This chocolate puffed rice is easy to make as no baking involve. Just melt the chocolate and mix in puffed rice. The hard part is dividing the coated puffed rice into mini paper liners. Kids especially love this crispy sweet chocolate dessert ^^

Recipe from Vivian Pang Kitchen

Yield about 90 pieces
Chocolate puffed rice

Ingredients:
75g semi-sweet chocolate
75g dark chocolate
40g smooth peanut butter (you can use crunchy type too)
100g puffed rice
*reduce to 80g if prefer more chocolate coating

some mini paper liners
some colourful sprinkles and white sesame seeds for topping

Methods:
1. Add in chocolate and peanut butter in a heat proof bowl. With double boiler method, melt together chocolate and peanut butter. Remove from heat

2. Add in puffed rice and fold till all well coated. With the help of 2 small spoons divide the coated puffed rice into mini paper liners. Sprinkle some colourful sprinkles or sesame seeds on top.

3. Leave at room temperature till the chocolate set and store inside airtight container.
