Roselle Plum Ice Pop

Pin It Now!

My fridge always has stock for homemade Roselle syrup. Preparing Roselle syrup into ice pop is another great way to let kids enjoy. Sourness from the plum pairs well with sweetness from the Roselle syrup. These ice pops are great to serve on hot humid weather like us.

Roselle Plum Ice Pop
Yield 10 Ice Pops

2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
600ml water
10 salted plums

1. Prepare syrup by mixing Roselle Syrup, lemon juice and water. Mix well.

2. Place 1 salted plum into each ice pop bag. Pour in the prepared syrup. Make a knot to seal and freeze till firm. Enjoy!

  1. I used to help my neighbour to pack these when I was a teenager. My neighbour selling this at nearby primary school. There is where I learned how to tight them >o< Anything with plum is my favourite and I'm sure this is sooo addictive.
    Have a lovely day dear.
    Blessings, Kristy
